Baptism Service

We are planning a Baptism Service as part of our Morning Worship starting at 10:30am on Sunday 14th July, 2019. Baptism has been a Christian symbol since the time of Jesus (Matthew 3:1-6). It involves applying water to Christians to symbolise their death to the old way of life (Romans 6:3-4) and their new life God provides (Galatians 3:26-27). A few members have shown an interest in being baptised. Please have a word with Pastor Karl if you would like…

We have run several prayer breakfasts over the past few years. As a church we wanted to say that marriage…

These meetings will take place…

Men’s Visit To Slavery Museum

On Saturday 22nd November, 2014, six members of our Men’s Group went off to visit the International Slavery Museum in Liverpool. It is situated in the Maritime Museum and is well worth a visit. Although historical slavery was abolished many years ago, it was interesting and sad to see how poorly the slaves were treated and to learn about the legacy left – which still impacts many lives around the world to this day. Those attending were Karl Stanfield, Terry…

NYUK Youth Camp @ Great Hucklow

Seven of our young people attended the 2010 NYUK Nazarene Youth Camp held at Great Bucklow in Derbyshire. A great time was had by all and the youth were very grateful for the support in the way of funds raised by members of the church which enabled them to attend. Many thanks to our former Youth Pastor Dick Eugenio for leading the group and putting together this review of the holiday.
